Aluminium venetian blinds made to measure in Dublin

Aluminium venetian blinds are the practical pick for Dublin kitchens, bathrooms and the extensions many red-brick terraces in Rathmines, Ranelagh or Drumcondra have added at the back. They are moisture-proof, so condensation on a winter morning does no harm. For a small bathroom window, 25 mm slats keep the stack compact and the blind light-looking; on a wide kitchen extension 50 mm reads calmer. Fit them inside the recess where the window has a usable reveal, or outside it on a flat wall above the sink to cover the frame fully. White or silver suits most Irish kitchens, and a matt anthracite pairs well with grey uPVC or aluminium frames in newer apartments.
