Bamboo venetian blinds made to measure in Dublin

Bamboo venetian blinds bring a natural, warm look to Dublin living rooms, home offices and bedrooms, particularly in the 1930s semi-detached houses of Terenure, Clontarf or Raheny. Those houses often have wide front windows and a bay, and bamboo softens the grey light of an Irish afternoon. Pick 50 mm slats for a living-room bay: they need fewer slats per blind, so each section of the bay looks tidy. For a narrower bedroom window 35 mm is a good balance. Fit them inside each bay section when the reveals allow it. Natural and light honey tones suit oak floors. Bamboo is not meant for bathrooms or a kitchen with lots of steam, so keep it in dry rooms.
