Bamboo venetian blinds made to measure in Limerick

Bamboo venetian blinds give a relaxed, natural feel to Limerick bedrooms, home offices and living rooms, particularly in the semi-detached houses of the suburbs where rooms face gardens. Bamboo is a dry-room product, so leave it out of the bathroom and kitchen, where the Irish damp and steam would affect it. With slats of 25, 35, 50 or 65 mm, pick 35 mm for an average bay or casement window and 50 mm when the opening is wide, as broader slats let more light through on overcast days. Mount it outside the recess if the window reveal is shallow, overlapping a few centimetres to block light at the edges. Honey and caramel shades pair nicely with pale walls and wooden floors.
