Wood-look aluminium blinds made to measure in Limerick

Wood-look aluminium venetian blinds combine a timber appearance with the moisture resistance of metal, which makes them a smart pick for Limerick apartments converted from Georgian houses, where one open-plan room may combine kitchen and living space. They resist steam and humidity, yet look warm enough for the lounge end of the room. Slats come in 25, 35 and 50 mm: 25 mm suits compact windows in converted flats, 35 mm fits most standard frames, and 50 mm suits tall sash windows. Fit them in the recess to keep sills clear for plants or radiators below. Oak and walnut effects tie the blinds to wooden floors without the care real wood would need.
