Wood-look aluminium blinds made to measure in Cork

Wood-look aluminium venetian blinds combine a warm grain finish with the toughness of metal, and suit Cork homes where one style must run through every room. Because they are moisture-proof, you can hang the same oak-effect blind in the living room and the bathroom of an apartment in Blackrock, giving a consistent look from the street. The thin slats are light, so they are easy to raise on a tall window. Pick 25 mm for small bathroom or landing windows, 35 mm for bedrooms and 50 mm for a wide living-room window. Fitting inside the recess looks cleanest on uPVC frames. Mid-oak or walnut tones add warmth to the cool light of a rainy Irish afternoon.
